Mission Statement
At BeeKind ABA Therapy, we hold the belief that children and adolescents with autism should not have their potential restricted by their diagnosis. Our goal is to enhance our clients' existing skills to promote positive behaviors, social skills, communication, and beyond. We are firm believers that individuals with autism can achieve anything with the support of kindness.
BeeKind ABA Therapy was meticulously developed over a three-year span by BCBA Barnes to offer individuals with autism a sense of freedom, generosity, compassion, and kindness. Supported by a BCBA with extensive autism expertise since 2004, Emma has engaged with this demographic in various settings. BCBA Barnes is not only an author but also an advocate for positive work environments and an active BCBA . She firmly believes that children and teenagers with autism have boundless potential.

Established in September 2022, BeeKind ABA Therapy expanded statewide by August 2023 due to popular demand from families. Serving over 60 families in Georgia, many clients have acquired crucial skills and successfully transitioned from our services.

Unlike traditional autism treatments, BeeKind ABA Therapy does not aim to "treat" autism, as there is currently no known cure. Instead, our tailored approach focuses on empowering clients to advocate for themselves, whether through verbal or nonverbal means. By emphasizing choice, reducing maladaptive behaviors, enhancing communication, daily living skills, and more, we guide clients towards self-advocacy.
When parents inquire about modifying their child's stimming behavior, our response is clear: we do not alter stimming behavior at "BeeKind ABA Therapy." We accept clients as they are and honor their unique individuality.
